The AMDL CIRCLE studio guides students in a decorative renovation project
Once again this year, Pedrali renews its commitment to the school-to-work initiative in collaboration with La Traccia School Centre in Calcinate (Bergamo).

For this thirteenth edition, Pedrali involved the multidisciplinary studio AMDL CIRCLE – founded by Michele De Lucchi – who guided fourth-year Art High School students in a learning experience titled “A New Life”. The Pedrali Pavilion, designed by the studio itself in 2023 on the occasion of its 60th anniversary, stands at the core of the project. The challenge for the students was to create a collection of decorative objects and evanescent walls using recycled wooden planks from the pavilion’s roof. Designed as a temporary structure, the pavilion is currently undergoing a renovation project aimed at transforming it into a permanent space. The pieces, conceived in dialogue with this context, are designed to be placed within the renovated Pedrali Pavilion, helping to give the original material a new form and meaning.

The students presented their projects on Friday, June 5, during “What a joy to be alive now!”, the end-of-year festival.

Through its presence in schools, the #pedrali4education initiative aims to bring young people closer to the world of work and to pass on the craftsmanship on which the company has built its roots.
